We guarantee a full refund (minus initial shipping charge) for all unopened products returned to us within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
You may cancel your order, as long as it has not already been shipped. Please either contact us via our online
contact form or call 301 874-8363 to let us know what order you wish to cancel.
For a refund: Contact us by phone (301 874-8363) or via our online
contact form and let us know the problem you have with the product. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and special instructions for returning the product(s). For refunds, your account will be credited in the same form of payment originally used, upon receipt of the product.
If your package arrives damaged: It is best to refuse the shipment if the box has been obviously damaged. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but we will help you with the claims process.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should: Return the item to the address given to you by our returns department. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured.
We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your returned item. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
